Effective Marketing in the Customer Experience Economy

Back in Oslo - all of us

I lived in Oslo, Norway from 1997-1999. My wife, Viktoria
lived there in 1999. We went back for the first time together
to visit Arne Fossheim - a former colleague of mine, and his
wonderful family.

Never thought I would enjoy "hiking" as much as
I did. It's especially daring with the youngest daughter
in that special "rucksack".

Arne and his wonderful wife Jorunn are really nice people.
As is their son who is saying "ha det" to Valeria in the
picture below.

Anyhow, who can argue with a view like that, ehh?

Shopping for a better hotel in Koh Samui
Since we didn't care much for our prearranged hotel, we
decided to go shopping for a better one ...
